浅谈高校基层教学管理工作对教学秘书必备素质的要求

摘　　要：教学秘书是高等学校基层教学管理人员,在教学管理工程中发挥着重要的作用。拟对高校基层教学管理工作范畴、管理模块化内容及教学秘书工作性质和必备的素质要求进行概述分析,旨在提高教学秘书的整体素质及工作效率,促进基层教学管理更科学、更有序地进行。同时,针对不同模块化教学管理提出相应的建议,以供在此岗位上的广大同仁借鉴。Teaching secretaries as grassroot teaching administrators, play an important and irre- placeable rule in the teaching management engineering. This article summarizes and analyzes the work category of college teaching management, modularized teaching management contents,post duties and required qualities of teaching secretaries so as to improve the overall qualities and work efficiency of grassroot teaching management secretaries and promote more scientific and orderly running of teaching management. Simultaneously, some specific proposals for different modular- ized teaching management are made for the references of colleagues at the same post.
