河北省高校师资力量对大学生学习效率的影响——基于模糊综合评判分析

摘  要:当前中国大学教育正在向大众化方向发展,但随着近几年来高校大学生扩招,学校师资力量单一、管理不足等问题也凸现出来。通过对河北农业大学在校生进行调查,期望了解他们在学校的学习状况以及对学校、学院的师资、管理、课程设置等方面的看法,并通过模糊综合评判方法就在校大学生对师资、课程等的认知进行评价,旨在探索目前高校普遍存在的教学问题,进而为河北省高校的发展提供一些借鉴和建议。The education of Chinese universities is developing towards the direction of populariza- tion, however, in recent years, colleges and universities are increasing student enrollment, resul- ting in some problems such as monotonous school teacher resource and inadequate management, etc. A survey is conducted among the students in the Agricultural University of Hebei in order to get well aware of their study state and their point of views on the college teacher resource, man- agement, curriculum design, etc. Simultaneously, the student's cognition of teacher resource and curriculum, etc is assessed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, aiming at exploring univer- sal teaching problems existing in colleges and universities, and providing some suggestions and references for the development of colleges and universities.
