高校学生资助管理体系问题及对策探析——以河北农业大学为例

摘　　要：随着高校学生资助管理工作的深入开展,资助管理体系存在的问题日渐显现。分析了高校资助管理体系存在着机构建设有待加强、贫困生认定难、指标分配简单化以及资助育人功能薄弱等问题。河北农业大学通过完善资助管理工作机制、构建合理的贫困生认定办法、完善管理制度与流程、合理分配奖助学金指标等方式,建立了一整套较为完善的资助管理体系,推动资助工作良性发展。Along with carrying out the college financial aid in a deep-going way, the college aid management system exposes some problems day by day. The article analyses the existing prob- lems including imperfect management structure, difficulty in identifying students from poor eco- nomical families, simplified allocation of scholarships and study grants, and weakened education function and so on. Agricultural University of Hebei has structured a complete set of financial aid management system propelling better development of aiding activity through perfecting its man- agement mechanism, structuring the method to indentify students with economical difficulty, consummating the running system and procedure of financial aid, and making rational allocation of awardees, etc.
