摘　　要：为了解女大学生的心理现状,从女大学生这一特定群体出发,通过问卷调查法和访谈法,查找当代女大学生在心理及思想方面存在的主要问题,并提出开展心理咨询与研究工作、加强成才教育与素质教育、优化就业心理环境与社会文化环境等措施提高女大学生的心理素质,促进其全面发展。With the development of higher education, female college students＇ mental stability plays an important role in ideological and political education and development in colleges. In order to understand the female college students＇ psychological status, this article searches for the main psychology and thought problems of the contemporary female college students through question- naires and interviews from this particular group of female college students. Simultaneously it is supposed to carry out psychological consulting and research, strengthen talent education and quality education, optimize the employment environment and social psychology cultural environ- ment to improve the psychological quality and promote the comprehensive development of female college students.
