摘　　要：针对Blackboard辅助教学系统使用过程中发现的问题,阐述了教学资源平台设计的思路、方法,以及数据库建设过程中的关键技术;采取以系统用户需求为出发点,创新性的建立了一个以课程为中心,并以资源库建设为特色的教学资源管理平台,实现了课件、作业、试题库、音视频文字等教学资源的集中管理、分散操作、信息共享,为进一步完善全校信息系统打下良好的基础。According to the problems existing in the System, this article expatiates on the key technique and database construction of a new individualized te application of Blackboard Assistant Teaching s including design thinking, design methods, aching resource management platform, which is of innovation, established based on the users＇ requirements with courses as center and pool con- struction of resources as its feature, contributing to the realization of centralized management, separate operation, and information sharing in the teaching resources including coursewares, schoolwork, test banks, audio and video, text and other teaching resources, and laying a good foundation for further perfection of the school infosystem.
