摘　　要：为了适应区域经济社会发展需要,服务天津沿海都市现代农业发展,通过研究天津现代农业发展现状,分析在此背景下对食品类人才的需求,并从课程专业调整、实践教学改革、形成"合格+拓展"的培养模式、多样化考核方式的实施等进行了探讨。In order to adapt itself to the requirement of regional economic and social development for talents in Tianjin food industry and serve for Tianjin coastal urban--typed modern agricultural development, the status and problems in food talent training in Tianjin municipality are discussed and analyzed through the research on the modern agriculture development there. Analysis result reveals that the food talent training is supposed to be realized from the professional curriculum adjustment and the reform in teaching practice to establish a ＂Qualified Talents and Overall De- velopment＂ training mode by diversified assessments.
