不同手术方法治疗儿童先天性重度上睑下垂的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同的手术方式矫治儿童重度先天性上睑下垂的治疗效果。方法 36例47眼,应用额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术组18例24眼,自体阔筋膜悬吊术组18例23眼,比较两组术后疗效。结果随访6个月,满意率比较两组无明显差异性(P>0.05)。结论两种方法各有优缺点,对治疗儿童重度上睑下垂均有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of different surgical treatment in children severe congenital blepharoptosis. Methods Totally 36 cases of 47 eyes,used forehead myofaseial disc sling operation group lg cases of 24eye, rich autologous fascia of sling operation 18 eases 23 eye, Compared postoperative curative effect of two groups. Results Follow - up 6 months, satisfaction rate was compared between the two groups has no obvious difference. Conclusions Two kinds of method have its advantages and disadvantages, to treating children severe bleDharontosis are valid.
