摘 要:目的 探讨绿脓杆菌MSHA菌苗对肝纤维化大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)的影响。方法 采用以人血白蛋白攻击方法制备肝纤维化动物模型 ,放免法测定血TNF ,免疫组化法观察肝内层粘蛋白改变。结果 菌苗保护组TNF水平较损伤组、正常对照组明显升高 ,并且保护组肝内层粘蛋白沉积明显减少。Aim To study the effect of pseudomonas aeruginosa-MSHA vaccine on level of serum tumor necrosis factor (NTF) in hepatic fibrosis.Methods The rat models of hepatic fibrosis were established by human serum albumin(HSA) injection.Serum TNF was detected by RIA method and laminin in the liver was studied by immunohistochemistry.Results Level of serum TNF in vaccine protection group was significantly higher than that in injury group and control group (P<0.01,P<0.05).Immunohistochemical findings indicated that PA-MSHA could significantly suppress the deposition of laminin in the liver tissue.Conclusion The vaccine remarkably elevate serum TNF level.
