农家书屋工程建设的结构功能主义解读

摘　　要：农家书屋工程建设是政府主导下的一项德政工程、民心工程,对建设社会主义新农村和全面建设小康社会具有重要战略意义。依据帕森斯的"AGIL"分析框架,农家书屋工程建设系统可分为农村文化资源管理、提高农民科技文化素质、构建满足农村文化需求平台、新农村文化供给与服务4个子系统,这4个子系统分别执行适应、目标达成、整合、潜在模式维持4种功能。农家书屋工程建设系统的良性运行和发展离不开4个子系统功能的有效运作、相互协调和动态推进。The construction of the rural library project is a benevolent and popular project under the government leading, it has strategic significance to the construction of new socialist countryside and building well-off society. According to Parsons＇ ＂AGIL＂ analytical framework, the construction system of rural libraries project could be divided into four subsystems： managing cultural resources of rural areas, improving the technological and cultural quality of farmers, building the platform to meet the rural cultural demand, the supply and service of new rural culture. These four subsystems implement four kinds of functions respectively： adaptation, goal attainment, integration and latent pattern maintenance. The system of the construction of the rural library project couldn＇t operate and develop well, if these four subsystems don＇t operate effectively, coordinate mutually and advance dynamically.
