摘　　要：介绍了某产品铝合金筒形件的旋压成形加工过程,模具材料选择,旋压前毛坯处,确定了旋压工艺参数,分析了旋压成形过程中产生的质量问题。通过实践证明,该项工艺技术可行。The spinning processing, mold material selection, blank processing before spinning, spinning process parameters and quality problem analysis in spinning process of an aluminum alloy cylinder for a product are introduced. Through the practice the technology is proved feasible and the gaps in spinning production for military parts are filled, a breakthrough in extra super duralumin alloy spinning is made.
