摘　　要：目的 探讨青光眼术后白内障摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术手术方法选择及疗效。方法 对20例青光眼术后白内障患者行晶体囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术,平均随访6～36个月。结果 全部病例术后视力较前提高,术后主要并发症为角膜内皮水肿、前房出血、虹膜睫状体炎。结论 术中颞侧透明角膜切口及仔细选择病例对手术成败很重要。Objective To investigate the technique of posterior chamber lens implantation after glaucoma operation and evaluate its therapeutic effects. Methods Posterior chamber lens implantation was performed on twenty patients after glaucoma operation. Follow up 6-36months. Results The visual acuity of all patients were improved after suoperation postoperative, complication included: edema of comeal endothelium、hy- phema and uveitis. Conclusion The results suggest that incision for IOL implantation and careful selection of patients be important for successful cataract operation in glaucoma patients.
