摘 要:为解决盘形滚刀垂向振动测试难的问题,笔者设计了滚刀回转切削振动测试系统,提出一种盾构实验台间接测试盘形滚刀垂向振动位移的方法,即用ZA-21电涡流位移传感器来测量滚刀顶部振动量的方法以间接测定滚刀破岩面的振动量。然后在机械振动综合实验平台上用加速度传感器进行实测,采用Matlab中的cor-rcoef函数对采集的时域信号计算相关性,计算结果与实测曲线表明,测量滚刀顶部振动量与直接测量滚刀破岩面振动量有很高的相关性,由此证明测试方案的可行性。In order to solve the test difficulty uf the disc cutter's vertical vibration, the vibration test system of the disc cutter rotary cutting has been designed. A method for indirect testing the vertical vibration displacement of the shield test platform's disc cutter is proposed, that is, by using the ZA-21 eddy current displacement sensor to measure the top vibration of the disc cutter to indirect determinate the disc cutter's surface vibration of rock breaking. Subsequently, the time-domain signal can be tested on the mechanical vibration experimental platform with the aecderation sensor, from which the correlation can be cAlcu-lated using the function corrcoef of Matlab. The calculated results and measured curves show that the disc cutter vibration measured and the vibration of disc cutter's rock breaking surface direct measured are highly correlated, thus can prove the fea-sibility of test.
