摘　　要：病案管理在举证责任倒置实施下面临前所未有的压力,对质量和水平的要求日益高涨。本文剖析病案管理与举证责任倒置的内在联系、作用原理、调节方式,探究两者之间的辩证关系和相互作用规律。医疗纠纷举证责任倒置原则的建立和实行,迫切要求加强病案管理、提升病案管理水平。Driven by the onus-probandi-inversion（OPI）, medical-record-management（MRM） is encountering unprecedented pressure and rising demand on its level and quality. This article attempts to analyze the inner relationship, interaction and regulation between MRM and 0PI, and explore the dialectical rdationship and interaction law of MRM and OPI, as the establish of medical tangle ouus-probandi-inversion, thereafter leads to the ne- cessity and urgency for improving MRM.
