摘 要:目的调查无陪护模式病房护士人文关怀能力及其影响因素,为提高护士人文关怀能力提供依据。方法抽取山东省6所三级综合性医院的288名无陪护模式病房护士及304名普通病房护士为研究对象,采用自设临床护士人文关怀能力问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果无陪护模式病房与普通病房护士人文关怀能力得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);婚姻状况、生育情况、是否为管理人员对无陪护模式病房护士的人文关怀能力有影响(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论无陪护模式病房护士人文关怀能力有待提高,护理管理人员需发挥优势,强化对护士的培训,从而提高护士人文关怀能力。Objective To investigate the humanistic caring ability and analyze its influencing factors of nurses in unattended wards, so as to provide evidence to improve humanistic caring ability. Methods A total of 288 nurses in unattended wards and 304 nurses in common wards were chosen from 6 level three general hospitals in Shandong Province and were investigated with self - designed questionnaire about humanistic caring ability. Results There was no significant difference in the score of humanistic caring ability between nurses in common wards and unattended wards( P 〉 0.05 ). Whether they were managers, marital status and whether they had children had significant influence on their humanistic caring ability ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The humanistic caring ability of nurses in unattended wards should be strengthened. Nursing managers should strengthen nursing trainning to improve nurses' humanistic caring ability.
