摘　　要：本文以紧实率为理论依据 ,以 80 3 1单片机为主机 ,对型砂紧实率自动控制系统的机构 ,电路 ,及程序进行了设计和研制。实验表明 ,该控制系统对型砂及环境条件的变化有较强的适应能力及较高控制精度。On the basis of compactibility theory, the device, circuits and programs of the microcomputer control compactibility system are designed and made by using 8031 single-chip microcomputer. The experiment demonstrates that control system has a better adaptive ability to changes of sand component and production environment and has a higher controlling precision.
