摘 要:为了适应地下工程内部复杂的工况和温湿度控制系统大惯性、多耦合的对象特性,引入了模糊控制技术,对调温除湿机的温湿度控制方式进行了改进。在对调温除湿机的控制过程进行分析的基础上,设计了模糊控制器的结构,并对输入输出变量进行了选取与量化,根据中央空调系统的经验模糊控制规则库进行了模糊推理和输出量的解模糊计算,通过MATLAB软件编程求解得到了模糊控制查询表,把西门子S7-300系列PLC的结构化编程思想与模糊控制器的结构结合起来,得到了实现模糊控制算法的流程图。In order to adapt big inertia and many coupling property of the temperature and humidity control system of the underground engineering, fuzzy control technology was used, and control method of Temperature adjustable dehumidifier was improved. Based on control process analysis, the structure of fuzzy control was designed, selecting the variance of input and output, fuzzy reasoning and output fuzzy calculation was proceeded according the experience fuzzy control regular warehouse, and fuzzy control polling list was obtained by MATLAB software. The structuring programmable thought and fuzzy controller were combined, in the end, and flow process chart of realizing the fuzzy control algorithm was obtained.
