摘　　要：结合对ISO 14644-1洁净室及相关受控环境第一部分:空气洁净度等级中洁净度检测的讨论,说明现有采样方法和新方法在采样点数量和位置上所体现的随机抽样理论。The random sampling theory embodied in selection of number and position of sampling points in both existing test method and the new method in discussion was compared and discussed, combined with discussions on cleanroom cleanliness test specified in ISO 14644-1： Air borne Cleanliness Classification, Cleanroom and Associated ConttroUed Environments.
