摘　　要：为了更好地满足社会的需要,文中对物流管理应用型人才的培养这一热点问题进行了探讨,分析了物流管理应用型人才的涵义和知识结构,并对当前人才培养模式中存在的问题作了深入思考,最后提出了物流管理应用型人才培养模式的五条具体对策,为高校提供参考。The demand for logistics talents is growing. In order to better meet the needs of the community, This paper discusses the training problem of logistics management application talents of this one heat, and analyzes the meaning and the knowledge structure of logistics management application talents, and deeply thinks about the problems existing in the talents training mode, and finally puts forward five concrete countermeasures for the logistics management application talents of training mode. The article provides the reference for the University.
