摘　　要：大学新生适应性教育是大学生思想政治教育工作的重要环节,也是大学生成长与成才的关键教育步骤。高校要发挥不同主体的优势,构建"辅导员-专业教师-班主任-优秀学生"的立体化工作体系,有效加强大学新生的适应性教育,促进大学新生良好适应能力的发展,为大学新生在大学阶段的学习和生活打下良好的基础。The education of adaptability to university freshmen is an important part of the work of ideological and political education of university students and the crucial educational steps for the growth of university students. Universities should give play to the advantages of different subjects to build three-dimensional work system of ＂counselors-professional teachers-head teacher-excellent students＂ and effectively strengthen the education of the adaptability of university freshmen to promote the development of their adaptable ability so as to lay a good foundation for freshmen learning and living at the university stage.
