摘　　要：临床工程师作为医院的重要群体,就人才配备和发展平台而言,在医院管理环节中易被忽视,但其不安全行为对医疗安全的影响不容忽视。本文主要借助解释结构模型(ISM)理论方法,在分析临床工程师不安全行为心理影响因素的基础上,建立了用于研究临床工程师不安全行为心理影响因素的解释结构模型,根据运算结果得出了不安全行为心理因素的控制模型,从而提出了控制的相关措施,以期能将临床工程师不安全行为由被动处理转为主动预防。As an important group in hospital,clinical engineers,in terms of talented person deploys and development platform,could be easily ignored in the link of hospital management,however,the influence of their unsafe behavior for medical security can not be overlooked.With the help of interpretative structure modeling（ISM） in this paper,an ISM used to research psychological influencing factors of their unsafe behavior is built,a control model of psychological influencing factors of unsafe behavior is worked out by the arithmetic result,thus related measures for control are put forward,with the hope of changing unsafe behavior of clinical engineers from passive dispose to active prevention.
