摘　　要：简述了基于CDIO模式逆向工程综合训练模块开展的意义,确定了该模块的人才培养目标、机制,完成了该模块内容的建设,提出了培养适应CDIO标准的师资队伍措施,为学生搭建一个将知识融会贯通,开展创新研究活动的平台,进一步提高了学生的实践能力、综合技术应用能力及创新思维能力,为其他综合创新训练模块的开展探索了新途径。The paper sketches the significance of developing reverse engineering comprehensive training module based on the CDIO model, determines the talent training goal and mechanism under the module, completes the construction of module content, puts forward the measures of cultivating the faculties which adapt to the CDIO standard, builds a platform for students to apply knowledge and develop innovation and research activities, further improving the students＂ practical ability, integrated technology application ability and innovating thinking ability, and also explores the new ways to develop other comprehensive innovation training module.
