20例急性髓系白血病M_2患者MT1FmRNA与VEGFmRNA的研究

摘　　要：目的检测急性髓系白血病M2(AML-M2)患者外周血细胞中金属硫蛋白1F(MT1F)mRNA与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)mRNA的表达水平,探讨二者在AML-M2发生的关系及意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法(Real-time PCR)检测20例初发成人AML-M2患者和20例正常人外周血的MT1FmRNA、VEGFmRNA的表达情况。结果 AML-M2组VEGFmRNA表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05);AML-M2组MT1FmRNA表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05);VEGF mRNA与MT1FmRNA表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 VEGF与MT1F可能都参与AML-M2的发病,而二者导致AML-M2的发病机制可能不一致。Objective To detect the expression of metallothonein 1F（MT1F） mRNA a nd Vascular endothelial cell growth factor（VEGF） mRNA in peripheral blood cells deprived from Acute myeloid leukemia（AML-M2） patients and to explore the re la tionship between their expression and occurrence of AML-M2.Methods The levels of MT1FmRNA and VEGFmRNA expression were measured with RT-real-time quantitative PC R method in Peripheral blood cells of 20 cases of adult AML-M2 patients and 2 0 control groups.Results The level of VEGFmRNA expression in peripheral blood cell s in all AML-M2 patients was significantly lower than the control groups（ P〈0.0 5）;The level of MT1F mRNA expression in peripheral blood cells in all AML-M2 p atients was significantly higher than the control groups（P〈0.05）;The lev el of MT1FmRNA and VEGFmRNA expression had no correlationship in peripheral blood（ P〉0.05）;Result： The expression of VEGF and MT1F in peripheral blood cells may be associated with the occurrence of AML-M2,They both may lead to ccurrence of A ML-M2 by different pathogenesis.
