地中海贫血患者红细胞参数(MCV、RDW)和网织红细胞参数变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨红细胞参数(MCV、RDW)和网织红细胞参数在地中海贫血患者中的变化及临床意义。方法随机抽取200例地中海贫血患者和50例健康人,应用日本东亚Sysmex公司的XT-2000i全自动血细胞分析仪检测红细胞参数(MCV、RDW)和网织红细胞参数,并对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果非贫血性地中海贫血患者MCV降低、RDW正常、网织红细胞各参数正常;贫血性地中海贫血患者MCV降低,RDW增高,网织红细胞绝对值、高荧光强度网织红细胞(HFR)和未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)增高。结论红细胞参数(MCV、RDW)和网织红细胞参数在地中海贫血的筛查及指导婚配,反映地中海贫血患者的病情,评价骨髓造血功能等方面有重要的意义。Objective To explore the changes of red blood cell parameters（MCV、RDW） and reticulocyte parameters and their clinical significance in thalassemia patients.Methods Japan Sysmex XT-2000i automatic blood cell analyzer was applied to measuring red blood cell parameters（MCV、RDW） and reticulocyte parameters in randomly selected 200 cases of thalassemia patients and 50 healthy people,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Results In patients with non-anemic thalassemia whose MCV was decreased,RDW and reticulocyte parameters were in normal.In patients with anemia thalassemia whose MCV was decreased,but their RDW was increased,reticulocyte absolute value,HFR and IRF were also increased.Conclusion The detection of red cell parameters（MCV、RDW） and reticulocyte parameters has important significance in thalassemia screening and marriage guidance,reflecting the condition of patients with thalassemia,evaluation of bone marrow function.
