提升河北省农民工法律意识的路径探析

摘　　要：本文以对河北省农民工的实地访谈和调查为基础,分析了影响农民工法律意识的因素,并结合河北省省情提出了因地制宜发展经济、多管齐下发展教育、优化法律环境和法律服务、创新普法形式并深化普法内容等提升河北省农民工法律意识的有效路径。This paper, on the basis of on - the - spot interview and investigation of peasant workers in He- bei province, analyzes the factors that affect the legal consciousness of peasant workers. To solve this problem, the concrete approaches include developing economy according to the local conditions, develo- ping education from both sides of the fence, optimizing the legal environment and services, creating the form of law popularization and widening the contents of law popularization.
