摘　　要：中心线裂纹是厚板坯内的危害性缺陷 ,它产生于铸坯凝固的末期。铸机设备的状况是中心线裂纹产生的重要因素。改善凝固终了区域扇形段的状况 ,避开“危险铸速”范围操作 ,合理分配二冷区域水量是防止中心线裂纹产生的关键。The centreline crack is a harmful defect in thick slab,which occurs at the end of solidification of strand,Condition of casting machine eguiprnent is the important factor for the occurrence of centreline crack. The key to prevent the occurrence of centreline crack is to improving the condition of segment section at solidification end zone,operating of by passing “dangerous casting speed” range,and rationally distributing water am out in secondary cooling zone.
