共生视角下企业技术联盟伙伴选择分析

摘　　要：当今企业要想保持技术创新优势以让自身更具市场竞争力,组建技术联盟不失为一种明智抉择。但是联盟失败率却一直居高不下,众多研究表明,企业在联盟伙伴选择这一关键步骤"迈错了舞步",因此为联盟的稳定埋下了隐患。文章从共生视角分析了企业在选择联盟伙伴时存在的误区,并且给出了相应的科学应对方案,力求为企业合理选择联盟伙伴提供借鉴性参考。In order to be more competitive,it＇s a wise choice to form technology alliance for today＇s enterprises to keep the superiority of technology innovation.However,the alliance＇s failure rate has been still high,many studies show that enterprise partners selection,a key step in alliance,starts a wrong dance step,which undermines the stability of the alliance.From a perspective of symbiosis theory,this article analyses several misunderstandings when selecting alliance partners,and gives scientific responses,trying hard to provide reference information when selecting alliance partners for the enterprise.
