三阴性乳腺癌82例临床特征与预后分析

摘　　要：目的分析三阴性乳腺癌的临床、病理特征及预后情况。方法回顾分析2008年1月~2011年12月本院收治的82例三阴性乳腺癌患者的发病率、肿瘤大小、病理资料、治疗及预后情况。结果 82例三阴性乳腺癌均通过术后病理确诊,占同期乳腺癌患者总数的17%。患者肿瘤直径0.5~15 cm。其中腋窝淋巴结转移27例（32.9%）。结论三阴性乳腺癌是发病率低、组织学分级高、复发转移快、死亡率高、治疗手段有限的高度恶性肿瘤。术前行新辅助化疗可能对延缓复发有益。Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological features and prognosis of triple-negative breast cancer（TNBC）.Methods Eighty-two patients with triple-negative breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were enrolled in the study.The morbidity,cancer size,result of pathologic immunohistochemistry,and therapy and prognosis of the patients were retrospectively reviewed.Results All 82 patients with triple-negative breast cancer were confirmed by postoperative pathology.They accounted for 17 percent of all breast cancer patients during that period in our hospital.Cancer diameter range were between 0.5 and 15 cm.Twenty-seven patients had axillary lymphatic metastasis.Conclusion Triple-negative breast cancer is a highly malignant cancer with low incidence rates,high histological grade,fast relapse and transference,high mortality and limited medical treatment.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy may postpone the reoccurrence of triple-negative breast cancer.
