摘  要:目的研究天然野生青刺果油中的脂肪酸的组成及其含量。方法以石油醚为溶剂冷浸法提取油脂,三氟化硼甲醇法进行油脂的甲酯化,GC/MS测定油脂的脂肪酸组成与含量。结果青刺果油中主要的脂肪酸为油酸(28.9%)、棕榈酸(22.1%)、亚油酸(16.4%)、异油酸(15.0%)和硬脂酸(11.0%),单元不饱和脂肪酸、多元不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸的含量分别为44.9%、20.3%、34.8%,不饱和脂肪酸含量为65.2%。结论青刺果油中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,主要脂肪酸含量较均匀。Objective In order to study fatty acid compositions and its content of natural oil from seeds of Prinsepia utilis Royle. Methods The oil was extracted with petroleum ether at room temperature and esterified by BF3-CH3OH methods. Fatty acid compositions and its content of the oil were determined by GC/MS. Results Oleic acid (28.9%) . palmitic acid (22.1%) . linoleic acid (16.4%) , vaccenic acid (15.0%) and stearic acid (11.0%) were main fatty acids in the oil. Contents of monounsaturated fatty acid. Polyunsaturated fatty acid and Saturated fatty acid were 44.9%, 20.3%, 34.8% respectively. And content of unsaturated fatty acid was 65.2%. Conclusion Unsaturated fatty acid is very rich in the oil of Prinseoia utilis Rovle and there are no significant differences in contents of main fatty acids.
