“以学生为中心”,培养学前教育专业“反思性实践型”人才——以《幼儿园教育活动设计与指导》为例

摘　　要：培养具有较强反思能力的实践型人才已成为目前高校学前教育专业凸显核心竞争力的必然选择。文章以高校学前教育专业核心课程《幼儿园教育活动设计与指导》为例,探讨了在"以学生为中心"教学理念指导下的课堂教学模式的改革措施,包括总体模块构建、任务驱动、模拟教学、评议反思等。Raising students to be practicing men or women who have strong reflection ability is the necessary choice for the major of preschool education in the college to improve its core - competence. Taking the core subject 〈 The designing and guidance of education activities in kindergarten〉 as the example, this article explores the reform measures in teaching methods based on student - centered. This includes building blocks, task - driven approach, instruction of imitation course and reflection after class.
