中孕早期彩色多普勒超声诊断梅干腹综合征二例分析

摘　　要：梅干腹综合征(Prune Belly syndrome)是一种罕见的先天性发育异常,目前早期诊断主要依靠彩色多普勒超声(彩超)检查。本文报道了2例梅干腹综合征胎儿,均为中孕早期。彩超发现胎儿腹部异常隆起,腹壁菲薄,膀胱巨大,充满整个下腹部,可疑诊断梅干腹综合征,后经引产后死胎尸检证实。Prune Belly syndrome is a rare congenital dysplasia. At present, its early diagnosis mainly relys on color Doppler uhrasonography. This paper reports two fetuses with Prune Belly syndrome in early middle pregnancy. Color Doppler ultra- sonography showed that the fetuses had abnormal abdominal hump and thin abdominal wall with the whole hypogastrium filled with a giant bladder. It is suspected of Prune Belly syndrome, which is confirmed by autopsy after induced labor.
