摘　　要：在建设创新型国家的宏观指导下,我国开展了一系列科技平台建设,其中高校国家重点实验室研发平台是极具代表性的一种。文章以中国科技大学国家同步辐射实验室为调研对象,对其发展现状及管理模式进行研究,揭示我国目前高校国家重点实验室研发平台存在的问题,在构建模型基础上,提出高校国家重点实验室研发平台的建设与管理创新建议。Under the macro-guidance of building an innovative country, China launched a series of measures to construct research and development platform. National Key Laboratory is a typical representative of the kind. This paper takes the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory as an example to study its development status and management patterns and reveal some problems on current experimental platform in universities. Based on building a model, this paper proposes some suggestions to develop State Key Laboratory Research and Development Platform in universities.
