摘　　要：大学生就业弱势群体是当前高校学生管理中的一个热点和难点问题,对大学生就业弱势群体进行现状及特征分析,并在此基础上进行路径探析是当前摆在我国高等教育工作者面前一个不可忽视的重要课题。通过调研分析,大学生就业弱势群体存在生理有疾的大学生就业遭排斥、低学历学生就业被排挤、女大学生就业处于明显的弱势地位和家庭经济困难学生就业陷困境的现状,表现出自立性和依赖性相互依存、强烈的成才意识与目标迷失共存、自尊与自卑相交织、自我封闭与焦虑并存的特征。The employment vulnerable groups of college students are a hot and difficult problem for the college students management. The article analyzes the present situation and the characteristics of employment vulnerable groups of college students, and holds that it is important for current higher educators in China to carry out the path analysis on the basis of a bove analysis. The investigation finds that students who have physical illness or with poor educational background are often rejected by employers; female studetns are in vulnerable position; students from poor families are in dilemma situation. These show the coexistence of independence and dependence, strong awareness of becoming a useful man and lost of the goals, serfesteem and selfabased, and selfrehisive and anxiety.
