当代市场社会主义的公平正义问题及其启示

摘　　要：研究当代市场社会主义秉承市场逻辑与正义逻辑、经济公平与政治公平统一的核心理念,从理论层面探索公平正义实现的逻辑主线、逻辑内核、逻辑实质等问题,解读了分配公平、起点公平、机会公平、权利公平等主体价值;从实践层面设计了股票分配型、银行红利型、市场社会化等实证模式,探索运用"股票、利率、信息"等实现分配公平的机制,拓宽了人们思考公平正义问题的视角,提供了收入分配调整的实践启示,有助于我国分配正义模式的优化与实践难题的破解。Contemporary market socialism insists on the core concept of the unity between market logic and the justice logic, economic justice and political justice. It explores the logic line, the logic core, the logic substantive and so on to achieve fairness and justice to interpret ate the subjects＇ value including distributive justice, initial fairness, education fairness, right fairness etc at the theoretical level; and empirical model including ＂stock distribution type＂, ＂bank bonus-type＂, ＂society market＂ at a practical level along the main logic line of the market and justice, economic justice and political justice to explore the system to achieve ＂fair distribution using＂ the stocks, the interest rates, the social dividend＂ to broaden our thinking about ＂fairness and justice＂ in the theoretical perspective ＂and help to adjust our income distribution＂ in the practice with a better distributive justice model to crack the problems facing our country.
