摘　　要：大学学生干部,从结构上包括大学本科学生干部与硕士生、博士生干部;从内涵上包括学生会与共青团委员会(党支部)干部;从层次上包括学校一级学生干部、校属学院(系)一级学生干部,以及班一级学生干部,共三级学生干部。性别构成指男女学生在大学学生干部队伍中的结构状况和比例大小。大学生学生干部的性别构成可以说明女大学生在大学学生权力结构中所处的位置。Collage students leaders contains undergraduate student leaders, graduate student leaders and Ph. D can- didate leaders structurally, student union leaders and the communist youth league community （party branch） cadres from connotation and school-level student leaders, university of college （department） the level of student cadres and Student class level of student cadres, a total of three grade student cadres From administrative levels. Gender composition refers to male and female students＇ Structural condition and proportion in college students cadres troop. This can illustrated the female college students＇ position in the power structure of university students.
