摘　　要：CBA联赛职业化改革是在政府主导下的市场化、社会化改革探索,改革是在社会转型、体制转轨的宏观背景下开展的。经过17年的探索实践,CBA联赛取得了一定的成绩和突破,特别是在扩大项目影响、培养人才、调整所有制结构、开发经济价值、丰富发展手段、重塑职业精神和促进文化交流等方面具有积极意义。The professionalization reform of CBA league is the exploration of marketization and socialization under the leading of government and the reform is carried out in the context of the macro background of social transformation and institutional transi- tion. After 17 years of exploration and practice, CBA league has made many achievements and breakthroughs in enhancing the project＇ s influence, cultivating talents, adjusting structure of ownership, developing economy value, enriching developing means, remodeling professional spirit, promoting cultural communication and so on.
