摘　　要：广西高等教育迈入大众化阶段后,实施高校联盟是实现高校间优势互补、优化资源配置,建设高等教育强省的必由之路。本文在分析广西高校实施联盟的可行性基础上,具体设计联盟运行的框架内容和提出建立健全联盟机制的若干举措。After Guangxi higher education enter into the popularization stage,execute college union is the only way to realize the complement advantage each other,optimize the allocation of resources, build a strong education province. Based on analyzing the feasibility of college union in Guangxi,specific design operation frame of contents and some measures of building perfect unity mechanism were put forward.
