摘　　要：学科群建设是人才培养的关键环节,也是人才培养的创新路径。21世纪是海洋经济、海洋产业迅猛发展的时代,我国海洋事业发展迫切需要大量高素质、高技能的涉海类人才。如何构建具有科学前瞻性、可持续发展的涉海学科群,加快涉海人才培养步伐,就成为当前以及今后我国海洋教育事业必须认真思考的重要问题。The subject group construction is not only the key link,but also the innovation path in personnel training. The 21st century is the era of the marine economy and rapid development of marine industries,China＇s maritime development is an urgent need for a large number of concerning sea talent with high--quality and high--skill. How to build a scientific forward- looking, sustainable development of concerning sea disciplines, and accelerate the pace of concerning sea personnel training,it becomes the important issue of ocean education ar present and in the future.
