摘　　要：会计硕士专业学位属于会计学专业应用型硕士研究生,由于出现时间较短,缺乏培养经验,对其知识结构和能力的培养要求比较模糊。因此,从会计硕士的培养目标出发,对其知识结构与能力的培养要求进行探讨,对于厘清会计学专业应用型研究生的培养思路,提高其培养质量,具有重要的现实意义。MPAcc belongs to the application type of accounting postgraduate. Owing to the short time of emerging and the short experiences of training,its training requirements for the knowledge structure and capacity is not clear. Therefore,it is very sig- nificant to study the training requirements for the knowledge structure and capacity of MPAcc from the perspective of training object, for clarifying the training thinking and raising the training quality of MPAcc.
