摘　　要：十七届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)是新一届中央领导集体在理论与实践相结合的基础上运用马克思主义哲学方法论形成的重要决定。《决定》采用了实事求是,矛盾分析法,系统方法论,群众观点等科学方法分析了我国文化体制改革的重要性。探讨《决定》中的科学方法论对我们在实践中更好地深化文化体制改革、推动文化创新、加快文化事业和文化产业的发展具有十分重要的意义。The Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Party Central Committee adopted The Decision on a Number of Major Issues the CPC Central Committee Made about Deepening the Cultural Reform to Promote Socialist Cultural Development of Prosperity （ hereinafter referred to as the Decision）, which is the new central collective leadership＇ s important decision formulated by using the philosophy and methodology of Marxism, based on the combination of theory and practice. The Decision adheres to the principle of seeking truth from facts. Proceeding from reality, it applies contradiction analysis, system methodology, and mass viewpoint to the scientific analysis of the importance of our country＇ s cultural reform. The exploration of the scientific methodology in the Decision is of great significance for deepening the cultural reform, promoting cultural innovation, and accelerating the development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries.
