校企合作人才培养新模式的构建与实践

摘　　要："产业人才计划"是湖北省高校与企业合作培养应用型人才的新模式。以湖北理工学院首个"产业人才计划"专业为例,介绍了无机非金属材料工程专业校企合作人才培养模式的特点与创新,并针对"双师型"教师的培养、教材开发、学生管理与考评和经费筹措等问题,提出了具体的建议。＂ Industry Talent Plan＂ is a new pattern of cooperative cultivation of applied talents between the uni- versity and the enterprises in Hubei provinee. By taking the first speciality of ＂Industry Talent Plan＂ in Hubei Polyteehnie University as an example, the characteristics and innovation of the talent training pattern of inor- ganic non - metal material was introduced. In view of the existing problems including teachers＇training, the de- velopemtn of teaching materials, students＇management and assessment, some measures were suggested.
