摘　　要：分析了传统人才培养模式存在的问题,阐述了构建以个性化教育为导向培养多元化人才的必要性,教育工作者需要尊重学生的个性、挖掘学生的潜能,这是大学培养多元化人才的需要。提出了以个性化教育为导向的大学多元化人才培养模式,为大学培养个性多元化人才提供理论参考。On the base of respecting students＇ individuality, arousing their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity for study, and fully exploiting their potential, it is required by China＇s higher education reform and development to train diversified talents in the university. This paper has analyzes the existing problems of the traditional mode of training diversified talent, expounds the necessity of training diversified talent with personalized education as the guidance, and then puts forward the mode of it, the author hope to provide some use for reference in this respect for the future.
