摘 要:目的了解低年资护士的幸福感状况,为科学管理提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对181名低年资护士运用总体幸福感量表进行问卷调查,分析低年资护士总体幸福感各因子得分情况,采用单因素方差分析比较组间差异,用两独立样本t检验对低年资护士与女性常模的总体幸福感得分情况进行比较,并采用多元逐步回归法分析低年资护士总体幸福感的影响因素。结果低年资护士的总体幸福感高于女性常模(P<0.01),护士所在科室、是否值夜班是影响低年资护士幸福感水平的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论低年资护士的总体幸福感水平较高,管理者应关注不同科室间低年资护士的幸福感差异和值夜班护士的幸福度维护。Objective To describe the status of general well-being in junior nurses and to provide the basis for scientific management. Methods General Well-Being Schedule (GWBS) was used to investigate 181 junior nurses. One-way analysis of variance, independent sample t test, and multivariate stepwise regression were applied in the analysis. Results The general well- being of junior nurses was higher than that of female norm (P〈0.01). Department and night shift were the main influencing factors of general well-being of junior nurses (P〈0.01). Conclusion The general well-being of junior nurses remains in a high level. Managers should pay attention to the differences of happiness of junior nurses in different departments and maintain the happiness of nurses on the night shift.
