摘　　要：高校拔尖创新型人才的培养改革是当前教育界关注的焦点。文章借鉴企业服务失误及服务补救理论,以湖北省属高校管理类本科专业为例,探讨了高校拔尖创新型人才培养失误现状,并针对教育观念服务失误和拔尖创新型人才培养模式服务失误,从营销学的角度提出了补救策略。It is a focus of the reform as to cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities. By the reference of theory of service lapses and service remediation from enterprises, the article takes management specialty of undergraduate course in Hubei provincial universities as a case. It discusses the present situation of the errors of educational service concept and cultivating mode of innovative talents, and brings forward re- medial measures from the angle of marketing.
