摘　　要：西方企业经济民主,是在传统的"员工参与"和战后"工业民主"的基础上逐渐形成的一种现代企业管理制度。企业经济民主作为现代企业制度的内容之一,归根结底是由资本主义企业生产方式的进步所导致的。马克思从生产力和生产关系相结合的视角,对资本主义企业生产方式演进的研究,对我们认识当代资本主义企业的新发展,包括资本主义企业的经济民主问题,提供了方法论基础。Enterprise economic democracy in the west reflects a management system in a mod- ern enterprise, which has been gradually formed on the basis of the traditional ＂employee partici- pation＂and the post-war ＂industrial democracy＂. As part of the management system of a modern enterprise economic democracy is after all promoted by the progress in the production mode of capitalist enterprises. Marx had studied the evolution course of the capitalist production mode from the view point of combining productive forces and production relations. His theory laid the methodological basis for us to understand the new development of contemporary capitalist enter- prises, including their economic democracy.
