调胃续命汤合熊胆散治疗太阴人缺血性中风临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨调胃续命汤合用熊胆散辨象治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:选择100例被确诊为缺血性中风的太阴人患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,观察两组临床疗效及主要症状、血压、血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标的治疗前后变化。结果:治疗组显效16例,有效29例,无效5例,总有效率90%;对照组显效11例,有效26例,无效13例,总有效率77%,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组比较,治疗后患者主要临床症状、血压、血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:调胃续命汤合熊胆散治疗缺血性中风有显著的疗效。Objective：To study the cfinical effects of Tiaowei Xuming decoction with bear gall powder treating ischemic stroke according to discriminate corporeity. Methods ： 100 cases of Taiyin people who were attacked by ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group including 50 cases and control group including 50 cases. Observe the index changes before and after treatment including clinical curative effect, cardinal symptom, cardinal symptom, blood sugar, cholesterol triglyceride and so on. Results ： The treatment group included excellence 16 cases, improvement 29 cases, failure 5 cases. The total effective rate was 90%. The matched group included excellence 11 cases,improvement 26 cases ,failure 13 cases. The total effective rate was 77%. Two total effectiveness of two groups had significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Comparing treatment group with matched group, the patients cardinal symptom,cardinal symptom, blood sugar, cholesterol and triglyceride who were under treatment had significant difference. The difference had statistics significance （P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Tiaowei Xuming decoction with bear gall powder has significant results in treating ischemic stroke.
