摘  要:目的建立犬椎-基底动脉瘤模型进行血流动力学研究。方法将犬左侧颈总动脉和有侧颈总动脉进行部分端一侧吻合制作倒置的“Y”型动脉汇合部,颈外静脉制作的静脉囊袋和预留的缺口进行吻合建立动脉瘤。4周后数字减影血管造影(DSA)测量、计算动脉瘤和周围中血管的几何参数,并进行计算机流体动力学模拟分析。结果成功建立9例动脉瘤模型,8例完全通畅,1例部分血栓形成。瘤颈部直径为(3.92±1.68)mm,瘤腔宽度为(5.62±1.38)mm,高度为(8.83±2.61)mm/,动脉瘤体颈比(AR)值平均为1.98±0.53。各几何参数和血流动力学分析结果均和人类动脉瘤非常相似。结论实验证明了建立犬椎-基底动脉瘤模型的可行性,所建动脉瘤模型可应用于复杂椎-基底汇合部动脉瘤的临床前研究。Objective To establish canine vertebral-basilar artery aneurysm models and evaluate hemodynamics in the models. Methods Partially anastomose right common carotid artery (CCA) and left CCA (end to side anastomosis) to create inverted Y-junction of arteries,and then suture a harvested seg- ment of external jugular vein to the notch of anastomosis to create a vertebral-basilar artery aneurysm. These animals were examined by using 3D digital subtraction angiography 4 weeks aider surgery. GeometryT parame- ters of the al^eurysm and surrounding vasculature, specific double inlet profiles were analyzed by simulation of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) on these animal models. Results All 9 aneurysm models were cre- ated successfully. Completely patency was observed in 8 cases, partial patency in I case. The ancurysm height was (8.83+-2.61) ram,the width was (5.62+-1.38) ram,the neck width was (3.92+-1.68) ram,and the AR was 1.98 -+ 0. 53. Geometric and hemodynamic environments created in vertebral-basilar artery aneurysm models are similar to those reported for human vertebrobasilar junction aneurysms. Conclu- sion This study docnments possibility and feasibility of creating vertebral-basilar artery aneurysm models in the canine. This model may be useful in preclinical studies targeting various complex vertebral vertebralbasilar artery aneurysm.
