摘 要:目的探讨大鼠尾壳核出血后海马神经细丝磷酸化程度的变化及其意义。方法立体定位下用微量注射泵向脑尾壳核注入胶原酶Ⅶ制作脑出血模型,观察出血后不同时间段SD大鼠神经缺损行为体征的变化以及磷酸化神经细丝在海马的表达。结果大鼠尾壳核出血后出现不同程度的神经功能缺损(1d手术组平均Bederson评分0.9分,3d组1.5分,5d组2.0分),海马神经细丝的磷酸化于术后第1天开始出现,后逐渐加重,第5天最为明显。结论大鼠尾壳核出血后海马神经细丝磷酸化程度的增高可反映其神经缺损行为体征的严重程度。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of phosphorylated neurofila- ments in the hippoeampus after caudoputamen hemorrhage in a rat model. Methods Intraeerebral hemor- rhage model was established by injection of collagenase type ~ into caudoputamen of rats. The neurological behavior scores of rats were assessed at different periods after the injection. The expression of phosphoryla- ted neurofilaments in the hippocampus was detected by using Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. Results Rats showed neurological behavior deficit to varying degrees at different periods after caudoputa- men hemorrhage (the averaged bederson score in 1-day operation group, 3-day group and 5-day group was 0. 9, 1.5 and 2. 0 respectively). The neurofilament phosphorylation in the hippocampus began to appear at I st day after the injection and increased most obviously at 5th day. Conclusion The phosphorylated neu- rofilaments in the hippocampus after caudoputamen hemorrhage in the rat model may reflect the degree of neurological behavior deficit.
