摘 要:铜绿假单胞菌NY3能产鼠李糖脂,不同碳源、氮源培养基对所产鼠李糖脂性能和结构有一定影响。实验结果表明(1)菜籽油和橄榄油为碳源,所产鼠李糖脂含糖量低,发酵液有好的排油效果,表面张力较低;丙三醇和葡萄糖为碳源,所产鼠李糖脂含糖量高,其水溶性好。(2)菜籽油为碳源,硝酸铵和硝酸钠为氮源时,发酵液具有极好的排油和乳化性能,表面张力下降显著;氯化铵为氮源时,发酵液的排油性能和乳化性能很差,表面张力接近蒸馏水的,鼠李糖脂含糖量较低;蛋白胨为氮源,发酵液具有较好的排油和乳化性能。Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria NY3 can produce rhamnolipid, on which the influence of different carbon and nitrogen sources was investigated by experiments in this paper. The results showed that ( 1 ) with canola and olive oils as carbon source, low level of sugar was observed in the rhamnolipid, in that case, the NY3 broth breeding such rhamnolipid had a lower surface tension and good efficiency of oil removal for oil - polluted water; with glycerol and glucose as the carbon source, the rhamnolipid had a high sugar content and a good solubility. (2) the NY3 broth had a good emulsibility and an excellent performance in disposing oil from water when canola oil was used as carbon sources, and ammonium nitrate and sodium nitrate as the nitrogen source; meanwhile, the surface tension of the broth significantly decreased. Compared with the above mentioned nitrogen sources, ammonium chloride produced a NY3 broth with poorer oil removal efficiency and emulsibility, of which the surface tension was close to that of'distilled water and sugar content was at a low level in the purified rhamnolipid. However, the ability to remove oil and the emulsibility of the NY3 broth were good when Peptone was used as a nitrogen source.
