摘　　要：首先概述了企业物流管理中专家系统的组成及其工作机制流程,从人机接口、推理机、知识库、综合数据库和解释器及其功能等方面分析了其组成作用机理,接着从企业物流管理活动中两个重要环节和领域即物流配送决策和仓库自动化出入库管理进行了计算机专家系统应用的具体分析并就其详细的解决方案进行了研究,用案例分析分解的方法为计算机专家系统在企业物流管理中的应用做了示范和引导。In this paper,we first introduced the composition and working process of the expert system in enterprise logistics management,analyzed the working mechanism of its composing units,then studied in detail the application of the computer expert system in distribution decision-making and automated inbound and outbound management,and finally carried out a detailed case study to demonstrate and guide the application of the system in enterprise logistics management.
