摘　　要：运用供应链与金融管理相关理论,分析供应链金融运作模式与可能存在的风险,并探讨中储股份供应链物流监管的特征及其风险控制,在此基础上提出供应链风险管理策略。In this paper, we analyzed the operational mode of supply chain finance and the risks associated with it and studied the charac- teristics and risk control measures of the supply chain and logistics management of CMST, on the basis of which we proposed the corresponding risk management strategies.
